I worked with Susan for around 8 years at Lampton School. She was my line manager. The head was also a Sue and we had many a meeting with the three ‘Sue’s’. Sue was an amazingly positive person who always saw the good in me and others. We were both very much into playing tennis and watching tennis too. We were both Andy Murray fans She would often message ‘are you watching?……….: ’ I usually was and then we would continue to message sometimes until the end of the match. We stayed in touch long after we stopped working together and played a fair few games of tennis over the years. She was usually calm and mild mannered but she was intensely competitive on court. She had a spectacular shot in that she would volley from the baseline for a winner which would always catch me out. Sue was a great colleague and friend to me and I will always remember her with great fondness. Rest in power Sue
